Çağla: Never mind, my parents are the same too. Now my friends are coming. You will forget your problems. What about the boy you like?

Bahar: I always think of him. I can’t sleep at nights.

Çağla: I saw him with another girl. I think he likes that girl.

Bahar: Are you sure Çağla?

Çağla: I’m sorry but I’m sure.

Bahar: I don’t believe in you. I think about him day and night.

Çağla: Don’t worry! There is a final exam. You can study that one.

Bahar: I can’t study because of thinking Emre.

Çağla: Look! The girl who was with Emre is coming. Her name is Ceren.

Bahar: I’m angry now so I can beat her up.

(They go near the girl.)

Bahar: What’s the relationship between you and Emre?

Ceren: It’s none of your business. Why are you asking?

Bahar: If we aren’t at the school now, I know what I will do to you.

Çağla: Shout up! We will beat you now.

(Girls start fighting. The principel comes.)

Principal: What is happening here? Stop it now. What is your problem? Get out and do what you want outside.

Bahar: You are right, Madam! It won’t happen again.

Bahar: I don’t have any problem.

Father: I can’t know you anymore. Why did you change so much?

Bahar: I didn’t change. I’m the same.

Mother: If you continue like that, you will be expelled from the school. Your marks are awful. I don’t want you to see Çağla.

Bahar: What!? It’s impossible for me not to see Çağla. She is my best friend. She is the one who understands me.You don’t care about me.

Father: Speak to us respectfully.

Bahar: Indeed, you speak to me carefully. Stop telling me what to do. I’m not a little girl anymore.

Mother: We want you to be a good person.

Father: If you fight at school again, I won’t let you go to school and I will send you to your aunty in İtaly.

(Bahar goes her room and Çağla calls Bahar.)

Çağla: Hi Bahar. Did your parents hear about the fight?

Bahar: Yes, they did. If I do this again, they will send me to Italy.

Çağla: Really? What will you do?

Bahar: I don’t know. I’m so bored that I want to go somewhere else.

Çağla: I know a good bar. We can go there. See you in the evening.

--The Lights go out--  RED LIGHT opens, SLOW MUSIC starts

SCENE 5

(They meet at the BAR.)

Çağla: Hi Bahar. How do you feel yourself? Are you fine?

Bahar: No, I’m still same Çağla. Let’s order something to drink.

Çağla: Let’s drink.

Bahar: I’m in a bad situation because of Ceren. I hate Ceren!

Çağla: God damn her. Don’t care about her. What do you think about Italy?

Bahar: My father is very serious about Italy. I don’t wanna go to Italy. I don’t wanna      go home too.

Çağla: Tonight, stay at our house. Maybe they will be calm.

Bahar: I don’t think so they’ll be.

Çağla: I think your parents don’t love you. If they love you, why will they send you Italy?

Bahar: You’re right. I’m fed up with this life. Every bad thing finds me.

Çağla: Don’t worry. Everything will be good.

Bahar: Do you know that we were a happy family until the accident?

Çağla: Which accident?

Bahar: It was three years ago. It was Christmas and we decided to celebrate it at home but    I insist on going out.

Çağla: How did it happen?

Bahar: Suddenly it happened. Our car crashed into a lorry. The thing I remember was my sister’s eyes and bloody hands.

Çağla: What happened then?

Bahar: An ambulance came and took us to hospital. My parents stayed at the hospital for   a long time. When they learnt my sister’s death, they became very sad. A few days later   my mother started to gamble and my father started to work a lot. The accident was my fault.

Çağla: This can’t be your fault. It is destiny.

Bahar: She died because of my insistence. I won’t see her growing and falling in love with anybody…

Talha: Let’s just leave her. She’ll be fine later on.

Çağla: I can’t feel her pulse !

Zeynep: Are you sure?

Başak: Is she breathing?

Çağla: No… She is dead.
