Mehmet Akif Ersoy High School ist one of the biggest and crowded cities n Osmaniye, which ist a small city located in the south of Turkey with its about 200.000 inhabitants. Nearly all of the students studying in my school live in the city center, just some little part of it comes from the countryside, far from the city just around 15-20 km. away. Most of the students come from the low income families.

Our school is a state general secondary school which students can study natural and social sciences, language. Our school organises sketches, plays, or poem programmes annually; especially on some important religious or national days.
